Who Am I?

My name is Dexter Lim! I am a local real estate advisor and a San Francisco native. Having lived in the city my entire life has allowed me to be extremely knowledgeable about the Bay Area and what each city and neighborhood has to offer. Growing up I knew at an early age that owning real estate is extremely vital to obtaining prosperity and is the single largest asset to a person’s wealth. I’ve always enjoyed helping others so being in the real estate industry has truly allowed me to love what I do.

What Do I Do?

I help people achieve wealth through real estate! Whether it’s selling your property and cashing out the equity in your largest investment, purchasing a home and achieving the American Dream, or strengthening your equity by renting an investment property.

Selling: I oversee the entire process from prepping to the close of escrow. This includes house cleaning, managing renovations, painting, staging, strategic pricing, traditional and social media marketing, open houses, strong negotiating tactics and ensuring a prompt escrow.

Purchasing: Guiding first time home buyers and investors to purchasing the right home. Finding the lowest finance rates, walkthroughs of inspections and negotiating the best terms and price.

Leasing: Finding the best tenant using background and credit checks, arranging all showings, protecting landlord lease terms with all necessary SFAA/CAR contract agreement forms.

Everything else: I am your main resource for anything! I have connections for commercial real estate, contractors, lawyers, lenders, property managers, painters, inspectors, gardeners and more.
